CIS 405 Final Group Project
- Please design and implement a 3D animated scene with a theme (the solar system, for example) and include the following required features -
- At least 9 different geometries
- At least 3 different light sources
- At least 3 different materials
- At least 2 different textures
- Sprites or point cloud
- Using a control to move a camera
- Morphing or skeletal animation
- Loading and using a 3D model
- Using a custom shader or a post-processing feature
- Adding physics or sounds
- Please start from an example page from the textbook or a working page from your exercise/assignment and add objects/features one by one. Make sure the page works before you add more statement/object/feature. If you add many things at once, it may be really challenging to debug. Please do not start from any example provided by three.js or a third-party. Many of them are fancy enough.
- Presentations/demos will be scheduled during the last week of class. You team will explain features in your scene and conduct a demo. Please send your project file(s) as a team to zwang@shepherd.edu by 11pm on 4/23, Monday. Please write CIS 405 and team member names on the subject line of your email.
